Being a lawyer carries a civil responsibility to get out of the law office and get involved in the community! In addition to her private practice, attorney Patricia M. Jarzobski believes in giving back.

Patricia Jarzobski was honored to serve as the President of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association from 2012 to 2013. The Colorado Women’s Bar Association is the largest specialty bar in Colorado and one of the most respected and active women’s bar associations in the nation.

Recognition By Her Peers

Patricia was selected by her colleagues to become a Colorado Bar Foundation Fellow, an honor limited to five percent of Colorado attorneys for their prominence, reputation and good standing in the legal community.

Patricia was appointed by Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper to serve a six-year term on the 17th Judicial District, Judicial Nominating Commission.

Giving Back To Our Community

Patricia Jarzobski is also dedicated to mentoring young lawyers. Patricia is a mentor in the Colorado Attorney Mentoring Program. The CAMP program helps experienced lawyers teach core values and ideals to young lawyers. She has been a speaker at the University of Colorado Law School on helping law students find their dream jobs. Patricia is committed to promoting women lawyers into leadership roles in their communities and their law firms. She has also helped organized numerous educational programs for the Colorado legal community.

She has been a Big Sister in the Big Brother Big Sister program in Denver. She is a major donor to the Smile Train to help provide free cleft surgeries for children in poor countries, and she supports St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital to help fight pediatric cancer. Patricia has raced in numerous triathlons, foot races, and bike races that benefit local and national charities. Patricia led a group of high school girls in a project involving interviewing and filming the United States Speaker of the House.

Jarzobski, P.C. is recognized as a leadership law firm for support of the Legal Aid Foundation that promotes equal access to justice by raising funds to provide civil legal services for low-income people in Colorado. Patricia is a founding member and major donor of the Colorado Women’s Bar Foundation, “Raising the Bar Dinner” an event dedicated to honoring women lawyers who have made a difference in our communities and have “raised the bar” for all of us.
