No one wants to be involved in an accident. Luckily, statistics say that most car accidents are just minor inconveniences, like fender benders. However, even very minor accidents can prove incredibly stressful when the at-fault driver flees the scene. Leaving the scene of an accident where injuries occurred is a felony in the state of Colorado.
