Most people are familiar with the adage “accidents happen.” For motorists, accidents seem to be almost inevitable. While many accidents are unpredictable and unavoidable, many accidents can be prevented by taking simple precautions such as staying focused and attentive while driving. Unfortunately, a lot of drivers in Colorado these days are anything but careful when taking the wheel.

Family members can have their world turned upside down when a dear loved one is lost in a tragic accident. Surviving family members are often left pondering the situation and may have questions about who is responsible and how to move forward. Those in Colorado who have lost a family member at the hands of negligence may want to consider speaking with a trusted and seasoned attorney. A wrongful death claim could be the best way to gain answers and seek full accountability.
