Car accidents: Woman dead in Colorado

A five-car accident has left one woman tragically dead and a child seriously hurt, according to local authorities. Colorado emergency services, responsible for responding to fatal car accidents, were on the scene to treat the injured parties. So far, the driver believed to have initiated the crash has not been charged, though police are waiting for toxicology scans to come back before deciding whether to move forward with criminal proceedings. 

Wrongful death case possible in fatal accident

A pedestrian is dead following a car crash on Interstate 76, according to authorities. Colorado police responded to the fatal accident the night of Nov. 19. The driver involved has not been criminally charged as of this report, but it is still possible the family of the deceased victim may file a wrongful death lawsuit in civil court. 

Car accidents: 1 dead in Colorado

Local police were on the scene of a serious accident that claimed one life on the evening of Nov. 10, according to sources. Colorado Springs police responsible for handling car accidents are still in the process of investigating the two-car accident that killed a driver and injured two other people. As the driver believed responsible for the accident was killed, no charges are likely to be forthcoming. 

Car accidents: Pedestrian dead in Colorado

One person is dead following a pedestrian-level car accident in Boulder County. Colorado authorities responsible for investigating car accidents are still trying to piece together the facts of this case. So far, no one has been charged, and Colorado State Police have said it is still too early in their investigation to determine whether charges will be filed at a later time.
