Car accidents: Passenger critical after car rolls down embankment

A Colorado woman suffered critical injuries when she was a passenger in a car that rolled on Molas Pass. Troopers apparently suspect that the accident was caused when the driver was distracted. Sadly, car accidents that result from driver distractions are not uncommon.

Federal safety violations and the issue of negligence

Roadway accidents can be classified into a number of different ways. Regardless of the type of roadway accident you are talking about, though, more needs to be done to reduce such accidents. In 2012, over half of fatal accidents were due to rollover crashes.
